HISTORY

1949
After World War II and in the same year Mao Tse Tung founded the People’s Republic of China, Fernando Cruz begins a legal office at no. 10-A of Rua Victor Cordon.


1989
When the 200 years of the French Revolution were being celebrated and in the same year the Berlin Wall was taken down, Fernando Cruz opens a legal office in Paris where he develops an extensive arbitration activity as the presiding arbitrator of the CCIP.


1997
The world mourns the death of the Princess of Wales, the movie industry is taken by the story of a luxury liner lying at the bottom of the ocean, and CCA is incorporated as a limited liability company.


2008
While Barack Obama was promising CHANGE and YES, WE CAN, CCA becomes part of "Castelo Branco & Ferros", a legal boutique specialising in Labour Law.


2010
During the year of the tiger and of the Shanghai World Expo, CCA opens its first office outside of Portugal, in Shanghai.


2012
With Europe facing its biggest economic and financial crisis ever, ONTIER is born, created as an ambitious project and having a firm commitment to stand out in a world undergoing profound changes. In this same year, CCA joins this project.

 

2016
In the year that Portugal celebrates the victory of the European Football, CCA ONTIER reinforces its presence in national territory and opens an office in Oporto.
