Rita Trabulo is Startinnovation Team’s Managing Associate, and she began working at the firm in 2005. Her professional and academic experience is an essential asset in the follow-up of M&A projects, corporate restructuring, and providing corporate and tax legal advice in a more in a more entrepreneurial and international aspect. Accompanies and manages several projects with national and foreign clients and investors, and also monitories concentration processes of companies and practices restrictive of competition, within the domain of Competition Law.
