Martim Bouza Serrano is CCA ONTIER’s Associate Coordinator of the Data Protection Team, where he works since 2008. In recent years he has provided advice to clients on matters related to privacy and data protection, with a special focus on the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). He also devotes much of his professional activity to the area of civil and criminal litigation with high experience in the area of media and new media, namely in defense of the exercise of Freedom of Expression and Information.
