Gonçalo de Almeida Costa is a Senior Associate Lawyer and Coordinator of the Real Estate Department at CCA ONTIER since 2016. He began working at the firm in 2012. He provides legal advice on Real Estate and Urban Planning Law, Registry and Notary Law and Real Estate Tax Law, Tourism and Environment, namely in relation to the purchase and sale and lease of real estate, licensing, mortgages and sale and leaseback operations, different types of agreements, real estate special purpose vehicles and also in proceedings and appeals at the different administrative authorities and tribunals.
